Having graced the stages of renowned festivals and events including the Sawai Gandharva Bhimsen Mahotsava in Pune, the NCPA in Mumbai, and the ITC Sangeet Sammelan, Pt. Bhimsen Joshi Mahotsav, Dharwad, Shankar Darbar Festival, Nanded, Sangeet Natak Academy, Goa ICCR Horizon Series, Swar Samrat Festival, Kolkata, Swarmangesh, Goa, Mukherjee’s performances have captivated audiences with their sheer brilliance and depth. His artistry has transcended borders, enchanting audiences at renowned venues and festivals worldwide, including North American Bengali Conference, New York, ICMC, Dallas, Houston Durga Bari, Kallol, New Jersey, Indian Music Society of Houston, the Nehru Centre, Melbourne Hindustani Classical Music Society, Australia, and The Bhavan in London, the Bengali Association of Glasgow, the Middle East, Bangladesh, Greece, and Canada.

Recognized for their immense talent, Mukherjee has been honored with prestigious awards such as the Ustaad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar from the Sangeet Natak Academy in 2015, Shrutinandan Puraskar, the Aditya Vikram Birla Kala Kiran Puraskar in 2021, and the Gaanwardhan Award from Pune in 2011. His musical prowess has also been acknowledged through the National Scholarship from the Government of India in 2005 and the Dhananjay Bhattacharya Award from Calcutta University, where he achieved first class honors in B.Mus.
