Brothers in arms

The Artist brothers have been learning music since their birth with sounds of Tanpura, Sarangi, Tabla and voices of forefathers vibrating in their home and surroundings. Gifted with a very pleasing voices and sensibility for musical notes they toiled through the strenuous music sessions over the years. The brothers touch the listeners’ heart with melodious voices rendering Khayal, Tappa, Tarana Bhajans and other classical forms to cast a spell on the audience.

Legacy of six generations devoted to the Banaras gharana

Rajnish-Ritesh are the sixth generation of a family of great musicians, going back to Pt. Ram Baksha Misra, Pt. Ganesh Ji Misra, Pt. Sursahai Misra, Pt. Hanuman Misra – Pt. Gopal Misra and Pt. Rajan Misra – Pt. Sajan Misra. They are also blessed by Gayanacharya Pt. Bade Ramdas Ji Misra, His Holiness Satguru Jagjit Singh Ji and received knowledge of the art from a galaxy of musician relatives and friends.

Music has no limits
